Ceramic Pull-Through Quad Angle Sharpener
The C-Sharp® features four sharpening angles (17º, 20º, 25º, and 30º) in 600 grit ceramic. It also has an 800 grit fine ceramic benchstone that can be used for polishing straight or serrated blades. Perfect as a Lansky® System accessory, or as a stand-alone sharpening solution, the C-Sharp® offers the same great features as the QuadSharp®, in an all-ceramic option.

FEATURES:

  • 4 sharpening angles (17º, 20º, 25º, and 30º)
  • 800 grit ceramic Benchstone for fine polishing and serrations
  • 600 grit medium ceramic pull-through slots
  • Durable metal casing
  • 100% compatible with all Lansky® Controlled-Angle Systems & Turn Boxes

User Guide

1. Ceramic V-grooves (600 grit): 17º, 20º, 25º and 30º
Holding the knife with your dominant hand, and using the other hand to hold the sharpener: pull the knife through the desired angle slot. Use moderate pressure. Rinse blade after sharpening.

2. Ceramic Benchstone
The medium (800) grit ceramic element should be used in a benchstone type fashion, or like a butcher steel. The ceramic benchstone is harder than steel, will never wear out, and can be used often as the primary sharpening element of your C-Sharp®. The Ceramic Benchstone is also tapered for sharpening serrated knives.

Eventually metal shavings will accumulate as dark streaks on the ceramic and will slow effectiveness. Clean with a Lansky® Eraser Block®.

3. Sharpening Serrations
Sharpen one serration at a time by pulling the ceramic element against the grooved side of the serration. For larger serrations: use a rolling motion to sweep the corner of the sharpener from one side of the serration to the other. Repeat until serration is sharp then move to the next serration.

Be Smart, Be Safe and Stay... An Edge Above the Rest®!

CAUTIONKnife sharpening is an inherently dangerous activity. Used properly this sharpener cannot hurt you but a carelessly handled blade or pointed object can.
