Shipping Policy

Shipping Deadlines
Dealer orders will generally ship out within one business day on in-stock items. 

Carriers
Benhalex ships by UPS, FedEx or USPS for domestic and international orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard FedEx Ground service or USPS.  

Shipping Charges
Benhalex does not offer free shipping. Every order is charged competitive carrier rates, quoted at the time of order. Accessorial fees such as lift-gates, hand unloading, and redelivery charges after an unsuccessful first attempt are not included in the shipping quote and are re-invoiced to the recipient.

Bulk orders may ship on a customer-provided label. Ask your sales rep.

NOTE: Freight terms are FOB Origin; Title and risk of loss pass to customer at the time of delivery to carrier. Shipper is not responsible for damages or loss after order is handed to carrier. Insurance can be purchased on buyer's request.


Backorders

Backordered items will incur freight charges.


International Shipments

Please note:

1)   Certain products and brands distributed by Benhalex Corp are not available for export. 

2)   Benhalex Corp is not responsible for estimating, or paying Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, and or Brokerage Costs. 

3)   Benhalex Corp is not responsible for any product(s) held or seized by Customs or Government Agents: it is the importer’s responsibility to know and abide by all laws, codes, and restrictions on products ordered through Benhalex Corp.

 

Intercepting packages
While every attempt will be made to intercept packages, there is no guarantee Benhalex Corp will be able to recall, reroute, or change the ship method after the package has been shipped.  A $15 fee will be billed for all successful intercepted packages.
