How do I open a dealer account?
Apply with your business details and a current sales tax certificate. Approval is usually the same business day.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are set per brand and most brands have none. Zippo has no minimum. Your cart tells you before checkout if you are under one, and by how much.
How fast does my order ship?
Most in-stock orders leave our Zephyrhills, Florida warehouse within one business day of payment.
Can I order custom branded Zippos?
Yes. Custom imprints start at 30 pieces. See the Custom Zippo page, or mention it in your message and we will follow up.
Do you carry brands other than Zippo?
Yes. Ka-Bar, Lansky, Cold Steel, SOG, Birchwood Casey, Walker's and Ronson order directly on the site. 3M, Flitz, American Outdoor Brands and others are ordered from the dealer price list.
