The stock shown on our website is mainly for stocking dealers. You are welcome to add to cart and checkout if we have the items you need available.

If you are placing bulk orders, you do not have to wait for items to be in stock. You can preorder any quantity at any time:

1. Check out our Dealer Price Lists
2. Send your Purchase Order (PO)
3. Prepay and we will order it for you

Minimums are set per brand, and most brands have none. Zippo has no minimum order.

Seven brand groups carry one. Where a group covers several brands, the minimum is the combined total in any mix:

• Ka-Bar: $1,500
• Cold Steel, SOG, Walker's, Birchwood Casey and Smith's Sharpeners: $2,500 combined
• Honeywell, Howard Leight and UVEX: $2,000 combined
• Lansky: $1,000
• Radians and DeWalt: $1,000 combined
• Smith & Wesson, Old Timer, Schrade, Uncle Henry and Tipton: $1,000 combined
• 3M: $1,000

Your cart tells you before checkout if it is under a brand minimum, and by exactly how much. Email wholesale@benhalex.com if you are unsure about a brand.

Yes. You can place backorders by emailing wholesale@benhalex.com. We can arrange ordering any quantity you need.

Yes. You can download our brand price lists directly from our website by visiting our Dealer Price Lists page.

Yes, on request once your order is placed. Email wholesale@benhalex.com and we will send a copy of the paid invoice for your records.

No. We do not offer NET terms at this time. Payment is required before order is shipped.

Yes, unless the brand restricts it. Zippo is US only and cannot be shipped outside the United States. Other brands ship internationally except where the manufacturer restricts it. Duties, taxes and brokerage are the importer’s responsibility.

We do not offer free shipping, but we do have extremely competitive shipping rates across all carriers. You can also provide your own shipping label in .png format for bulk orders.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.

All items are set at wholesale dealer pricing. Any manufacturer discounts we receive are reflected on the website price.

Each of our brands sets its own rules for third party marketplaces, and we follow them. Zippo is the one that affects most dealers: items in the current Zippo catalog may not be listed on Amazon, eBay, Etsy or Walmart.

Custom and discontinued Zippo items are treated differently and can be eligible, but only with prior authorization from Zippo, and every seller name has to be registered with Zippo first. If selling Zippo online matters to your business, email wholesale@benhalex.com and we will walk you through it, including commissioning a custom design through Zippo's official program.
