Download your state's blank resale certificate, fill it in, and upload it with your dealer application. This is the one document that holds an application up, so arriving with it completed is what gets you approved the same business day.

- 2 Fill it in and sign itMake it out to Benhalex Corp. An unsigned or expired certificate cannot be accepted.
- 3 Upload it with your applicationIt goes on page 2 of the dealer application, in place of the sales tax certificate.

International customers: Complete and sign the Non-U.S. Resale and Export Declaration.
Upload in the place of Sales Tax Certificate. Note that some brands are restricted from being shipped internationally (ex. Zippo)
