Regularly replacing your Zippo lighter flints is recommended for optimum Zippo lighter performance. The Zippo Wheel Display Tray features 24 individual Six-Flint Dispensers. There are 6 flints per dispenser for a total of 144 flints. This attractive Zippo Display can stand on tables, countertops and shelves. To Replace the Flint: Remove screw and attached spring at end of fuel chamber. Remove old flint. Place new flint in tube and replace flint, screw lightly. Turn screw as far as it will go; otherwise, cover will not close completely. If wheel binds after new flint is inserted, turn wheel backwards a few times.
